Stone Surface Clean & Seal

Keeping your stone surfaces regularly cleaned and sealed will protect your surface from hard water stains and fading. Countertops used daily should be sealed yearly to prevent corrosion and maintain their natural beauty.
$20/sq ft
Even hard stone surfaces can become etched or scratched with daily wear and tear. We will bring the surface down to the deepest scratch possible and return to factory finish.

We can resurface your softer stone surfaces, quartz, and other too. It is the same process as granite & quartzite, but more time intensive. Any specialty stone that isn’t granite or quartzite will fall into this category.

$75 per hole & $5/chip*
If you need a hole drilled or a chip filled, we can help with that. Since we have a $150 minimum, we suggest getting as much out of that as possible. Some chips do not hold glue, though, depending on depth and location.
Amount Ranges per Service
Do you need a range/refrigerator opening widened? We can help with that! Countertop modification is $450. We also do small tile jobs under 50 sq ft. Pricing dependent upon material. We also provide grout and caulking services. We can also help you with hard water stains on outdoor surfaces.
Miscellaneous Services
Price Depends on Difficulty of Removal
If you are getting new countertops installed, but need your old countertops removed, we can help you! If your countertops need to be removed before templating, but you don’t want to go up to a couple of months without any kitchen countertops, for an additional cost, we can replace a portion and come back to remove before installation. Please note that if you have a gas range, you will need to have a plumber disconnect the gas lines. Also, we can disconnect the sink plumbing, but we cannot reconnect it. So, if you want to have your sink reinstalled before the new installation, you will also need to hire a plumber to reconnect the sink.

We offer various in-home services, including seasonal deep cleaning, and post-construction clean-up—fixed schedule or as needed. We will also run errands for you.

We offer caretaking services while you are away from your home. We will check on your house to ensure it stays safe from the elements. We will also make sure your home is prepared for your return.
